Attendance
Attendance only — giving has its own chart below. Toggle any line on or off. Click any point to open that Sunday's full detail.
Giving by source
Total giving sits above each bar; hover for the split by source. Faded bars to the right of the divider are projected — each source is forecast on its own and stacked the same way. Click a solid bar to open that Sunday's detail.
Giving is recorded church-wide, not per service, so this chart is unaffected by the service filter and is shown in grey to make that obvious.
Who makes up total attendance
Every person counted, across the whole period. Click a segment for its breakdown.
First Sunday vs. every other Sunday
Average giving. Click either bar to see every Sunday in that group and the arithmetic behind the average.
2026 vs 2025 — like for like
Same number of Sundays into each year, so the comparison is fair. Giving is regular Sundays only — the two 2025 campaign Sundays are excluded, since they were one-off appeals rather than ordinary giving.
Attendance trend
Toggle series on and off. Click a bar to drill into the week.
Each series is modelled separately. Most pick their spec by AIC; rows marked pinned are fixed to weekly trend + summer by request. Dashed lines are projections.
Service split
Sanctuary adults only.
Attendance by month
Average per counted Sunday.
Staff & volunteers per service
9:30 count in the blue segment, 11:00 in the orange, and the combined total above each bar. Click a bar to drill into the week.
Attenders per volunteer
Higher = each volunteer is serving more people. A large gap between services usually means staffing is unbalanced.
Service staffing comparison
Totals across the whole period.
Children's ministry by class
Toggle classes on and off. Each class count sits inside its own segment, with the all-class total above the bar. Click a bar to drill into the week.
Class summary
Average children per Sunday in each class, across the Sundays in range. Click a card to isolate that class on the chart above; click again to bring them all back.
Class mix
Share of all children counted in the selected range.
Giving by source
Total giving sits above each bar; hover any segment for the split by source. Faded bars past the divider are projected — each source forecast separately. Click a solid bar to drill into that Sunday.
Source summary
Each giving source on its own. Click a card to isolate that source on the chart above; click again to bring them all back.
Source mix
Share of total giving in the selected range.
Giving per attender
Total giving ÷ total attendance, by month.
Month by month
Pick a giving measure and every month in range becomes a card, with how it moved against the month before. Green is up on last month, red is down. Click a card for the Sundays behind it.
Y axis
Attendance over time
The same attendance rolled up week by week, by month, or by quarter. Because reporting is patchy, each period also shows how many Sundays it is actually based on — compare the average per Sunday rather than the totals when periods have different counts.
Group size ranking
Total attendance across all reported weeks.
Group consistency
Weeks a group actually met, out of 10 reported Sundays. Zero-weeks may mean "didn't meet" or "not counted." Click a row to isolate that group on the attendance chart.
Small group attendance
Each group's count sits inside its own segment, with the all-group total above the bar. Only 10 Sundays were reported — see the data quality tab.
Small group summary
Average size when the group actually met, so a group that meets fortnightly is not penalised for the Sundays it was not scheduled. Click a card to isolate that group on the chart above.

Attendance forecast
The faint line is each week as recorded; the bold line is a 4-week average. The short-dashed line is what the model expected for each week already past, so you can read forecast against actual side by side. The long-dashed line beyond the divider is the projection. Click any point to open that Sunday.
Giving forecast — regular Sundays
Campaign Sundays are held out so the baseline reflects ordinary giving. The bold line is each week as recorded — the monthly rhythm is the real signal here, so it is not smoothed away. The grey dashed line is the 4-week run-rate. The projection models each position in the month separately, so it rises and falls the same way.
Children's ministry forecast
All classes combined, with a 4-week average over the weekly points. This is the one measure where a downward trend holds up statistically rather than being a summer effect.
Cumulative giving — 2026 vs 2025
Aligned by week number so the two years are directly comparable. The 2025 line includes its campaign Sundays, which is why it jumps twice. End-of-line values show where each year lands.
Looking back — what we forecast against what happened
Every Sunday already past, with the figure the model expected for it beside the figure that actually came in. Green means the week met or beat the forecast; red means it came in under. Click any row to open that Sunday.
Backtest — how accurate is this actually?
The model is refitted on 2025 alone, then asked to predict every 2026 Sunday it has never seen. This is the honest accuracy check.
Model detail
Every term in every model, with its p-value. A term with p above 0.05 cannot be distinguished from zero — meaning the data does not actually support it.
Data quality flags — 2026
Scoped to this year only. Each item names the exact Sundays and figures involved, so it can be checked against the source system.
Reconciliation check — 2026
Does total attendance equal 9:30 + 11:00 + children + staff and volunteers, Sunday by Sunday?
